Periodic Inspections

Periodic service inspections are one of the most cost effective ways of looking after your building services; we tailor bespoke contracts providing just the level of cover and support you need.

With the expertise and certifications to carry out a comprehensive range of building services M&E work, we enable our clients to bespoke tailor their periodic maintenance agreements with terms that perfectly fit their requirements. A comprehensive contract covers you for every eventuality but some clients do prefer paying repairs as they go with labour-only contracts or selecting from a range of other options, all coming with 24 hour emergency call out and repair support.

Manned sites service agreements
Balanced engineering teams with an on-site manager and responsible field supervisor all controlled through our operations manager; we make random as well as routine visits and liaise directly with the client on the general health of the contract and building services, highlighting areas for concern or improvements.

Multi-site mobile contracts 
Excellent supervision and communication ensures a successful service using dedicated and mobile site engineers constantly building their knowledge of your system for ever increasing quality and speed of service. More cost effective than our manned site service and offering excellent response times to emergency requirements.

Smaller mobile maintenance contracts 
Designed for smaller companies but still offering the same high level quality and service standards utilising the same dedicated, experienced and highly qualified team of mobile mechanical and electrical engineers.

Electrical testing and inspection services
A speciality of our electrical engineering team, we provide all kinds of testing services to keep you compliant with legislation or to highlight inefficiencies or areas needing refurbishment in the system. From full Five Year IEE Electrical Test and Inspections which can be split in annual 20% chunks through to general commercial PAT testing and energy efficiency surveys and inspections we provide comprehensive testing services.

Each round of inspections always includes a full report on our findings complete with recommendations or highlighted areas of concern for you to consider. Based in Kent the majority of our clients are based around the Greater London area though we cover the entire south east including the Home Counties of Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and Middlesex.
